Glebe Pants 03 - Black Mora Slub Linen

Pattern/Technique: Muna & Broad Glebe Pants, size ii/D, View A

Modifications: Added 5 inches length at bottom hem. Folded a double hem (1” for first fold, then 1.5” for second fold). Used 38” of elastic at waist, with 1” overlap.

Materials: 3.25 yds black mora slub linen/rayon blend (58” width)

New skills: n/a

Lessons: The linen / rayon blend was really nice to work with - the rayon provided a lovely drape and the linen provided some structure which was far easier to sew than 100% rayon.

What I'd do differently: There was definitely some weirdness that happened with the cuff hems getting twisted and distorted while I was pinning and sewing them, but with the black drapey fabric it’s really hard to notice, so I’m leaving them be for now.

Care: Machine wash, lay flat to dry
